Domestic Orders
All orders are shipped COD unless paid in advance.
Visa and Mastercard are also accepted.
There is a $3.00 packing charge per box. Oversized boxes are subject to a $6.00 packing charge. Buyer pays all UPS shipping costs.

Organizations, schools and businesses may apply for a net 30 day account by faxing a list of credit references to our office for approval. We will require a purchase order on all open accounts.

International Orders
Payment for costume and shipping costs must be made in advance.
Visa and Mastercard are also accepted.
We can provide bank account information for transfer of funds. All shipments are handled through UPS.

• Small fits to 5'6", chest 38".
• Medium fits to 5'11", chest 48".
• Large fits to 6'4", chest 56".

Returns
No returns on made-to-order costumes or heads are permitted without prior approval from Marylen. We will issue full credit on stock items if returned unused within ten (10) days of invoice. After ten (10) days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. After thirty (30) days we will not accept returns.

However, we are confident that you'll love the quality and craftsmanship that goes into all of our costumes.
